Angelic Arms of Protection

About 30 years ago, the night before my brothers wedding, I was driving to the church for the rehearsal. I was in the outer right lane of a blvd. coming to a stop for a light, when a trash truck in the lane left of me came into my lane and crash into my car.

I did not have my seat belt on.

At the moment of impact, I felt arms around me, like air bags, and a voice whispered to me, "You will not be hurt."

I felt such comfort. The car was totaled but I was not hurt. This was before cell phones so the rehearsal was slightly delayed. But I will never forget that feeling.
