What's Happening to Grandpa? is near and dear to my heart. My family has experienced both Alzheimer's and Dementia.  When the confusion and pain of these illnesses step into our family dynamics and become a part of our reality we feel helpless.  Maria's writings are a blessed tool to give us some of our power back to help our loved ones whose memories and comprehension of their current lives are crumbling.

In 2007 my grandfather experienced dementia. Needless to say the experience was heartbreaking, yet born of love for my grandparents, my guides helped me to connect with my grandfather's higher self and bring messages from him to my grandmother.  This connection brought us great comfort and added more love to an already love filled situation, albeit painful.  You may learn more about Communicating Through Dementia here.
