Stepping Outside Article: "Does worry really enhance my life?
Recently I read the words, "what does worry do to enhance your life?"  What a "duh" statement.  We all know that worry is a waste of time and we're supposed to be living in the "moment", but in order to do that we must first change years of limiting beliefs.

It's so easy to get caught up in the day to day "issues" of this physical world - schedules, finances, relationships, health, drama, traffic, dinner, dust-bunnies and laundry, to mention a few.  Next thing we know our plate is full and covered with a large helping of worry gravy - there may even be extra on the side.

We feel these are the realities of living in today's physical world, but in true reality, these are illusions.  Illusions of what is important.  What is most important is learning to live our lives from a point of love - for in reality, love is all there is.  It's not what can I get from the world, but what can I give to the world?  What can I contribute?  When we approach life with this intent, doors open, opportunities unfold, we are open to receive our blessings, our highest good, "God's best"...  We give and we receive, for we are one with God; thereby, one with the universe and each other.  

Worry ceases to exist, for we are at peace in the knowledge that "the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want".  Give the worry to God, allow yourself to be free to live your life unfolding gracious acts of kindness to all you meet.  Live from a point of love and the universe will respond to you from a point of love...

The book Messages from Your Angels, What Your Angels Want You to Know is equally enlightening.  In reading through Part I, Messages from Your Angels, the truth can be felt to the point of where you're saying, "Of course!"  Each part of this wonderful book brings profound wisdom and guidance.  Questions are answered, messages are translated, guidance is given in communing with God and His angels.  Doreen truly has her finger on the pulse of communication and guidance from the angels.

Physical World Tools are gifts from the Angels that help us in this physical world.

This month's Physical World Tool is our own ability to question, discern. learn and live our life purpose on the earth plane.  In our hustle bustle existence, we often forget there is a purpose in our being here.  It's up to us to look inside ourselves and pull out the gifts we have to give to the world and then to follow through and give them.  In giving our gifts to the world, we will receive the gifts of the universe.  For we are one with God - to give is to receive.

Ask God the question, be open to receive the answer, be open to hear clearly and follow the guidance that will come.  Practice faith.  For "the Lord is my shepherd I shall not want..."
