Today is the first day of the rest of our lives.  What are we going to do with it?

In reflecting on past years, as we often do when a new year begins, I'm seeing too many days caught up in the Physical World "to do" list.  What about you?  Did anyone, experience too much fun, give too much love or grow "too" much spiritually? 

To focus on allowing ourselves to be "one" with God, the Universe, the Creator, brings great abundance in all areas of our lives - it's called "living in the moment."  Being "one" with God (living in the moment) leaves no room for judgment of others, self pity or gossip.  There is only room for love - love for each other... for God... for ourselves as children of God...

Recently the temperature hit 60+ degrees and the sun was gorgeous!  I sat outside on the deck to eat my lunch.  As I sat there, I noticed several white puffy clouds had joined me.  I asked the angels to show themselves to me in the clouds.  I kept looking and looking, but didn't see angels - only clouds.  Then a military jet flew over, as if "pointing" to the angels in the clouds.  Again, I just wasn't seeing anything but clouds.  I went in and got my digital camera and took several pictures.  Of course when I put them in a slideshow later, I saw them - my angels... 

This one really excited me: If you aren't seeing the face, tilt your head to the right. Next time you're outside and see clouds, ask the angels to show themselves to you - and take pictures if you can.  If you don't see them, it doesn't mean they aren't there - like in my case, I just couldn't see them till I looked at the pictures.

Living in the moment is "experiencing" the moment - it's not an easy concept to get our minds around.  Even though I was enjoying the clouds, and the sunshine, my mind was thinking about all the projects that were waiting to be finished in my office.  I believe that is why I didn't see this angel's face while I was outside in it's presence - I wasn't truly living in the moment and had it not been for my camera, I would have missed it!  There are miracles around us at all times, it's up to us to live in the moment - experience the moment - to have the eyes to see them!

Today is the day to release physical world conditioning - all that no longer serves us, and look within to what is MOST important - to begin living in the moment!  As we do this, focusing our intention to opening direct communication with God, the angels and our spirit guides, we open the doors of supply that God has for us.  Allow yourself to receive...

Recently my dear friend, Barbara Mark www.angelspeake.com, shared a wonderful book with me:  "God on a Harley" by Joan Brady.  The cover of the book identifies it as a Spiritual Fable - I know it to be a message directly to me from the angels...

In the book, Joan's character, Christine, learns what it means to "live in the moment"  -  how to truly "Live in the Moment."  It was all so crystal clear.  I believed myself to be practicing "living in the moment," however, I learned the day I was searching for angels in the clouds that I still allow the physical world "to do's" to dictate the moments of my life.

I highly recommend this book.  The insights into our physical vs spiritual behavior is eye opening.  Thank you, Joan for putting into print such a clear message from the angels...
