The month of February and
Valentine’s Day bring to mind images of love -
couples holding hands, roses and baby’s
breath... As humanoids when we aren’t a “couple”
sometimes we allow ourselves to feel alone and
empty. Sometimes even if we are a “couple” we
feel alone and empty...
Through the years I’ve changed my way of
thinking about Valentine’s Day. I’ve learned to
make it a time for me. Yes, ME. It’s a time I
reflect on what brings me great joy - like the
people in my life that I love, including you, my
Soul Kiss readers. I also initiate a “special
treat” just for me.
This year, as a special treat for myself, during
the entire month of February I’m going to sit
outside in the sun for at least 5 minutes every
day. I’m going to sit there and breathe deeply
and allow my angels to give me guidance, refresh
my body and renew my spirit. If it’s not too
cold, maybe I’ll ask them to take a walk around
the block with me and get some exercise too (I’m
so ambitious sitting here in front of the warm
fireplace).
We choose how we feel when holidays breeze
through our lives – happy... sad... grateful...
lonely... joyful... It’s up to us. My biggest
treasure and belief is that I am never alone.
I’m a crowd of angels, spirit guides and
deceased loved ones every moment of every day.
With God as my pilot and my “crowd” as my crew,
I’m a very safe passenger who always maintains
hope even if my candle grows dim – it never
flickers out!
Why not this year, initiate a “special treat”
for yourself – not just for Valentine’s Day,
but, for the entire month. It could be anything
– even a nice hot Dead Sea Salt bath once a week
with soft white candles and the phone
disconnected or you could write a letter to a
friend you haven’t chatted with for awhile – a
different one each week of the month of February
– perhaps that friend could be your angels...
(they’re always available!) The possibilities
are endless – just do something special for
yourself – just do it!!

The love of my life found me after I put
him in my prayer box!
As a single person, I sat down with paper
and pencil and wrote out my ideal partner. I
was specific in personality, and level of
spirituality. Someone I found attractive and
fun. Someone who would want to hold my hand
and would! Someone I could love and someone
who would love my daughter and me. Someone
who would want to spend the rest of his life
with us. I was detailed in the things that
mattered most to me. I wrote all these
things out, asking to receive them by divine
right and under grace in a wonderful,
perfect way. I put the prayer in my prayer
box ~~ and ~~ I received!
Get out paper and pencil and write out what
you want in the ideal partner – even if
you’re in a relationship – God will either
heal the relationship you have or remove you
from it and send you a new one.
God will bring peace to your life - all
you have to do is ask… |

Release limiting beliefs – know and feel in
your heart that you are worthy to receive
God’s BEST! Ask for our help in all things,
even to release these thoughts that no
longer serve you. We are here, with you, to
help you with every little thing. All you
must do... is ask...
