Being a humanoid, I've found myself trying to hold on to control of someone else's staying or departing - instead of giving the worry, the frustration, the fear, to God and allowing Him with His wondrous love to heal the situation.  I thought I had given it to Him, when in actuality I was choking the life out of holding on to "my control - my worry". 

I recently read The Angelspeake Book of Prayer and Healing by Barbara Mark and Trudy Griswold.  In it is a breathing exercise that is nothing short of amazing!  Click here for details...  Through this breathing exercise and heartfelt prayer, I've been able to give my worry and anxiety of loved ones crossing to God.  I still must experience the grief emotions of the physical world, but in the basis of my heart, in my soul, I am peaceful - peaceful from within.

I must remember, in all things:  "Worry does nothing to enhance my life."

Joyfully, my mind, my spirit, celebrates the fact that:

"Love never dies... 
Our physical body expires…
But the love within us crosses over
And continues to grow sweetly within…
Touching those who are left in the physical world…
Soft angel kisses to their hearts…
As close as a thought, because…
Love never dies…"

Remember, you are never alone...  God and His angels are here, ready, willing and able to help us in anything....  All we must do is ask...
