Stepping Outside Article: "Everything changes..."
Several years ago, I went through "the black
hole" period of my life. I call it the black hole
because that's where my personal power was - lost in the
black hole. A friend kept telling me "everything
changes, nothing stays the same." I didn't want to hear
it because in my mind, change was that spec of light at
the end of a thousand mile tunnel, and how was I ever
going to get there?
I was so wrong. Change is here - now - available in
each moment of every day.
Each day every relationship we have starts all over -
it's up to us to make the choice of what kind of
relationship it's going to be - and yes, we do have a
choice. Since we have the power of choice, it makes
more sense to make it a conscious choice, rather than
blowing with the wind landing wherever it takes us.
In our society, it's socially acceptable to allow the
physical world ups, downs and emotions to dictate our
behavior and choices - to roll with life so to speak,
limiting our present as well as our future - allowing
the TV, video games, alcohol or drugs to suck out our
brains and personal power. To simply exist, and stress
about what we don't have. But we, as children of God,
have choices. We can take back our power. We can open
doors and allow God to be our supply, to understand
clearly His guidance - to walk His Divine Path. We can
choose a life of abundance with God or a life without on
our own.
If we don't like the way our day is going, take a
deep breath - make the choice - change it.
We have choices - everything changes, nothing stays
the same...

Book Review: “Adventures of a Psychic” by Sylvia

"Adventures of a Psychic" opens Sylvia Browne's personal
doors to the world. She allows us to experience the
development of her psychic gifts as well as allowing us
to experience her pain, frustrations, mistakes and joys
as a fellow human being. We learn that being psychic
doesn't eliminate physical world challenges. A must
read for anyone researching their spirituality.
