Stepping Outside Article: "Meditation, a gateway
to the other side..."
Many of you who are reading this have already discovered
the gateway of meditation to contacting deceased loved
ones, spirit guides and angels. Others are saying, "I
don't have time", "I can't quiet my mind", and/or "I
just can't get there - even though I want to". Yea, me
too.
I listened to several meditation tapes, read books
and watched a video . They were all very good - and are
listed on the Free Thinking page. I had trouble
"quieting" my mind - I even fell asleep - on more than
one occasion.
Then I discovered that what Sylvia Browne says is
true that just like in "The Field of Dreams" build a
place for them, and they'll come. I found this to be
true, when one of the cassettes, "clicked" for me.
I built my place.
And they came.
Wow, did they come. I even had surprise guests.
What a beautiful, wonderful place and with Divine
Guidance too. And sometimes I still fall asleep, but I
sleep the most peaceful sleep...
If you're not there yet, don't give up. Release the
fear, release the difficulty, allow it to happen. Build
your place to visit, and they'll come...

meditation sequence. She clearly and easily explains
how to contact our spirit guides and deceased loved
