Welcome to the Soul Kisses Spiritual Whispers Newsletter. Today
is a day just like any other day, or is it? What do you remember of the
day before you began reading this article? When you woke, did you
breathe in deeply the essence of God, invigorating your body with the
breath of life? Did you feel the breath as it moved through your body
firing up your muscles and limbs for the infinite possibilities of the
day? Did you breathe in deeply and focus on something that you are
grateful for?
If you did, what a wonderful way to start your day! If you didn't,
its not too late. Breathe in deeply and "BE" in this moment.
Feel the air filling your lungs and think of something you are grateful
for. Experience the feelings the thought evokes from within –
expand the feeling, embrace it, breathe it in fully.
Gratitude.
It’s almost magical isn’t it?
Hold to the feelings of gratitude - hold so tightly that the feelings
become "normal." This is important.
It is easy to roll with the flow of people and situations around us.
Many times these people and situations are negative. It takes active
effort to step outside that flow and transmute the negativity of your
concentration to a flow of love and positivity. As this becomes "normal"
you will notice the people who come to you are also love based and
walking in gratitude and grace.
When we hold to gratitude - live from a state and base of gratitude,
grace and love, we begin to heal our bodies, our spirit, our part of the
environment of Mother Earth. As a domino effect, it spills over to
others - just as it does when we live from a state of negativity and
fear.
We change from within and the world outside of us changes too. We
return to our natural state, that of love - and joy becomes ours.
For those who are nursing loved ones who are ill, even though this
experience is heartbreaking, being able to grasp gratitude and bring joy
to your heart will bless your loved one as well as yourself. For
they will feel the love emanating from you - what a gift. It is
not wrong to feel joy in your heart when a loved one is ill and/or dying
- it is a true gift to all you touch for you to move into a gratitude
state of grace and love. Allow the blessing.
In love and light,
Kate

Message from Big Jim
The “cotton” of the cottonwood tree is everywhere. This morning
I drove through a patch of it swirling around the street as if it were
snowflakes. What a pleasant surprise, except then I started sneezing.
Hmm… what else was in that patch of air, that my physical eyes could not
see?
What else is around us that
our physical eyes do not see?
Now, I'm sitting outside in the backyard using a lap top computer to
write this when a HUGE cottonwood seed fluff floated from behind my head
past my left eye, swirled between me and the screen of the computer,
then back out and poof, gone behind the monitor.
Right next to my left ear, I hear, “Whatcha workin' on?” Big Jim is
here! I should have known - cotton. When I was a kid, Daddy
would get me up at the crack of dawn in the summer to chop the weeds out
of the cotton field.
The conversation:
Kate: "Happy Father’s Day!"
Big Jim: "Thank you."
Kate: "Are you having a good day?"
Big Jim: "The Best!"
Kate: "Are all your days good there?:
Big Jim: "They’re not really days, but to keep it simple, yes,
all the days are good here. No pain – no joints hurtin’, I can see all
the colors and smell all the flowers and best of all, I can ride my
motorcycle as fast as I want to and not worry at ALL about fallin’ over
or chrashin’ or any of those worldly things. And those little bugs
that are annoying you, don't bother me either - or the heat..."
laughing...
Kate: "Yup, sounds like a good day. So, what is a day like
were you are, in the spirit world?"
Big Jim: "I’d say relaxed fulfillment, but the word really
doesn’t do it justice. Everyone gets along here – no jealousy or gossip
or anything like that. Just love. We have opportunities to learn new
things or understand old things. Why we did things we did while we lived
on earth, how we can help now to aid those still living on earth.
Ya’ll are brave – no doubt about it, but at the same time, you’re in
this vast, enormous period of ascension that is very exciting from here
and to be a part of it with you - from here, well… I can't wait to see
how it all unfolds.
The lightning of prayers is phenomenal. If all you lightworkers get
busy, you’ll see a huge shift in the collective consciousness of the
planet by the time the new year is rung in."
Kate: What would you like to share with the Soul Kisses readers?"
Big Jim: "Don’t fret about your loved ones who have
transitioned. We are all doing well. Even those of us who had problems
mentally are cared for by angels so full of love that I can’t even
describe it. Those of us whose bodies were riddled with pain before we
expired, have no pain now. Do not worry of us. Of course, prayers are
welcome and talking to us is like a breath of fresh air. We love hearing
from you and come to you often. I know I’ve said this before, but
acknowledging us when we’re with you, talking to you, is like applause
and we just can’t get enough of it. The love we felt for you when we
transitioned is nothing compared to what we experience for you here in
the spirit realm.
Oh, and those you feel crossed over before their time – such as
children. It was the time. All is in divine order. There are no
“accidents”. Allow yourself the trust to know there is perfection in all
things, even when you see no perfection."
~Big Jim
I was really hoping Daddy, Big Jim,
would stop by today. I must admit there
are times that the grief of his transition
overcomes me and it is as if I was just told
that he died and I feel very sad and cry -
grieve. Then he'll pop in here and get
Majik to do something wacko and make me laugh.
Know that your loved ones who
have transitioned are ok. Grieve for them,
acknowledge them when you "feel" they are with
you and continue to love them, for the love
truly does live and grow... forever...
In love and light,
Kate and Big Jim
