Welcome to Soul Kisses Spiritual
Whispers this blessed day of hope and
possibility!
We as humans, think in boxes of beginnings and
endings. Here we are at the end of 2008 and the beginning of 2009.
For many, including myself, this has been a year of "startling and
unexpected life events" - amazing opportunities for spiritual growth!
And it was painful!
It has been a year of discerning and defining who
I am and what I came here to do. 2007, for me, was a year of
wandering around uncertain of my direct life path. This year,
during those unexpected life events, doors of understanding, clarity and
wisdom opened and Thank God I was paying attention!
With this knowing has evolved a peace within that
defies description. Those of you who have found it, know what I
mean. My husband calls it knowing your "truth". Along with
it comes an excitement of what is to come.
About a year and a half ago I was meditating in my
office on the sofa when I felt the presence of Big Jim. I finished
what I was doing and opened my eyes - yes, there he was sitting at my
desk admiring my new window. As we chatted he made the comment
that if I thought the past few months were amazing, "Wait till you
see what is coming next."
Of course I took this to mean, perhaps, abundance
in all things? From one point of view, one could say his
prediction was off because the next eighteen months were very painful.
However, they have taught me to appreciate the "perfection" in all
situations and now I see the growth, the opportunities and the LIFE that
came with "next". AND... yes, it was abundance in all things even
though moments (actually days) were very painful emotionally,
spiritually and/or physically.
As we reflect on this box of 2008, please pull
from within its folds the opportunities, the gifts, the growth and the
love. For even though from an outsider's viewpoint, it was a
disaster and chaos, there was still perfection in all the situations.
Allow yourself to acknowledge it even if you don't "see" it. For
in the acknowledgement there is release, there is power. In this
power you will find gratitude of your evolvement and growth.
Embrace this gratitude with all the strength you have within you and
move into the infinite possibilities of 2009.
There are still 9 days left of 2008. Embrace
the gift of gratitude within you and shift your reality from a vibration
of painful "physical world chaos - fear" to the vibration of peace and
love. You will be a magnet for more to be grateful and move into
2009 in a love vibration.
We as spiritual beings draw to us our
limitlessness when we live from a love/gratitude vibration. The
outside world shifts almost instantly when we achieve this vibration.

Tool
from Big Jim & Kate - plus an orb!
Tis the holiday season once more... Big Jim
and I have been working on the book, which is very exciting, yet at the
same time, it is so very sad. My heart goes out to those of you
who are working through the grief of loved ones who have transitioned to
the spirit world.
As many of you know, who read the Soul Kisses
newsletter and/or website, Big Jim suffered from depression. He
often said it was a black hole that was so deep he often thought he
would never crawl out. As children, I remember Christmas time as a
time clouded by his depression. The energy of it would almost suck
the life out of me, and it wasn't even me - it was him!
If you or someone you know suffers from
depression, I offer to you this angelic exercise to elevate your
vibration from that of fear based depression to that of love:
Sit quietly and comfortably and breathe deeply.
Close your eyes. Move your thoughts to the human who is suffering from
depression - you or someone else. Ask your angelic entourage to come to
you to help you. As you focus on this person (you or someone else), you
will discover at least two of your angelic entourage joining you – it
could be an angel, an ascended master or even a deceased loved one.
Upon joining you they will show you to place the person (or yourself) in
the center between you. They will then hold hands with you and each
other forming a circle around the person. Focus on the love you have for
the God Part within this person – not how upset, hurt or angry you are
with them – just focus on the love. Allow this love to move through you
and expand from you, moving to your angelic helpers and to the person on
which you are focused. As you stand there centering this love to them, a
ray of loving light from above will come down into the person and fuse
each one of you together. You will all become one with God. Allow this
love light to surround you and immerse you, permeating your being. Peace
is yours.
You will experience a shift from the fear vibration of depression to
that of peace and love – the love bond is united and a calm peacefulness
is yours. You will also feel a release of forgiveness stir within you.
Allow this to be. Embrace the love that radiates from within - embrace
the peace.
