Welcome
to this New Year of 2009!
I've been diligently releasing and discarding that
which no longer serves me from not only the year of 2008, but all the
years before. We are shifting into new opportunities for
experiences and spiritual growth, creativity and abundance in this new
year of 2009. Do you feel it?
If one listens to the economists, reviews the
stack of bills and the checking account a sense of depression may settle
within. This is a choice. It is a choice as to how we view
and perceive all that is around us.
If we view that which is of negative nature to
simply be as it is - what it is without emotion - especially without
fear, the situation cannot control us. If we then take our
experience a step further and focus not on what we do not have such as
financial flow - or do have, a stack of bills - all that is negative and
focus instead on what we are grateful for... If we shift our energetic
vibration to that of gratitude from that of fear, we pull back to us our
Personal Power.
I say that is the road I want to take! Not
to be irresponsible and blow off responsibilities, but to refocus our
continued thoughts and emotions to that of the higher vibration of love
instead of the lower vibration of fear.
If we were to focus on all that we are grateful
and embrace our personal power with all the strength we have within us,
it is then, in these moments of gratitude that we are most powerful -
limitlessly powerful with the ability to be, have and do anything
our heart desires.
Focusing on gratitude stirs joy within our hearts
that when embraced flows throughout our physical bodies to ignite the
passion of living within us till it bursts forth in JOY - perhaps even a
giggle... out loud.... Even in the worst of times...
Gratitude is all powerful....
It is in the powerful, profound emotion of
gratitude that we have clarity to our highest good, control of our own
personal power, a deep sense of "knowing" who we truly are and why we
are here. It is in moments of gratitude that our energetic vibration
allows us to feel our oneness with God...
It is when we are in gratitude that the universe
matches to us the vibration of gratitude - doors open to opportunities
undreamed, financial flow of unexpected nature, love from the angelic
realms is felt and known deep within, joy finds its way into our hearts
on a more permanent basis - life shifts. Change occurs within and
change occurs without as a result.
We are one with The Creator of All That is - One
with God. This is how it is - no gray area - only love and light.
It is time to accept this knowing and remove the cobwebs of fear and
negativity from the recesses of our knowing and allow our spiritual
selves to shine brightly God's beacon of light and love to the world
farther than the eye can see.

Working
with Big Jim
Big Jim and I are very close with the book - we've
named it, but it is still a secret... As exciting as this
experience has been, the new territory revealed, there is still more for
me to experience personally before we will be able to complete the book.
I've preached to everyone that we as humans, must
allow ourselves to experience grief - not suppress it. In the
beginning I definitely suppressed my grief - no doubt. Then I paid
for it physically and dealt with the grief to date, but not the grief
after.
Grief has its own process. Everyone is an
individual.
I found myself experiencing the sadness briefly,
then shooed it away to get on with my busy-ness. In my case, I
believe one could say I've lived in a form of denial. Big Jim
comes through here often - I see him in my minds eye. He's ok.
He chats with me - often times even exhibiting that "Daddy tone" with
me.
So.... perhaps in my human mind... he isn't dead.
But his physical body is and I must still experience that grief no
matter how much I don't want to. My human brain tells me, albeit
subconsciously, I don't have time to cry - I've got exciting things to
do.
I keep reminding Fred to call his dad, call his
dad, call his dad. Today I even told him to call his dad - he'll
answer the phone and talk to you in a human voice. I didn't dare
continue with I can't do that anymore - I might start to cry and then
I'd be experiencing the grief again and I've got a newsletter to
write...
Big Jim came to me this past week on a cloud -
sitting on a rock like cloud. Why? Because he's dead and he
wanted me to "see" that he is dead - he's sitting on a rock like cloud.
He talked to me about the human grief process and how it is so much more
than sadness - so much more than defining our own mortality.
He says grief is an open doorway to the angelic
realm. It is a passageway to understanding the oneness that we are
with God. When we fully open our hearts to the light, as our loved
ones who have transitioned have done, the separateness that the physical
world teaches dissipates. It is in this passage, this shift from
physical world-ness and alone-ness to that of One with The Creator that
our hearts truly open and our truth is revealed.
He says we don't have to be experiencing grief to
find this heavenly knowing, but this is how most of us discover it.
He says some don't make it past the anger stage of grief - they are
still looking and don't even know it.
Recently a friend whose husband passed two years
ago was surprised to learn of how much grief she still had bottled
within her. During a challenging day she dropped a quiche as she
went to put it into the oven - eggs and goodies all over the inside of
the stove, the floor and inside the drawers under the oven. This was one
of those "last straw" incidents. She collapsed into the puddle of
eggs and let it all out crying till she was drained. Then a calm
came over her and she felt at peace within herself.
Death of a loved one creates such an empty place
in our hearts - a place that the physical world teachings and
conditioning teaches us to feel. It is as if I skipped that part and
went directly to knowing Big Jim was ok effectively moving into my form
of denial.
I keep my heart open as I ponder and embrace the
grief I have suppressed. It is a sad process yet has revealed a
rich knowing within of how powerful we truly are. The doors are
opening even wider to the understanding of the spiritual realm - not so
much in words, but in energy. My perspective and beliefs of life
situations are changing, shifting from chaos to that of quiet
empowerment of the infinite possibility of All That Is.

The Orb
Since the December 22, 2008 newsletter I
have not had the opportunity to sit with the orb and glean information
from it. So there is still time to offer information and/or
impressions about it.
On November 25, 2008 while taking pictures of orbs
I got a really, really WOW image. I share it here and ask all of
you viewing it to sit with it, ask your angels, guides, and/or teachers
