Thank you for joining me today...
How are you this glorious day? Are you
having a good one? Does it depend on what moment it is? Stress has gotten the best of me at times - I am human
after all... But it is disappointing, nonetheless.
I have all these wonderful tools to aid me in my
spiritual journey and a brain to use them, yet I find myself at the end
of an experience saying, "duh... why didn't I use my tools?"
Recently I answered the phone a little grumpy when
a dear friend called. To make a long story short I made the
comment that at times I feel as if I just woke up and where was my
brain? She told me everyone is experiencing the same thing it is
part of the energy influx and shift of Mother Earth.
Hmmm...
Are you experiencing this, too? What can we
do to get our lives in order and fully charge the brain battery?
In the
Seven
Spiritual Laws of Success, Deepak recommends taking time each day to
be silent and just BE. I know, you live in a fast paced
world - me too. But finding a time in our day to just BE changes
everything.
There was another influx of energy to Mother Earth
within the last twenty-four hours
- I know this because all the humans in my family were grumpy today.
We each have our own physical world stresses to deal with, but today
they got the best of us. At some point during the day we each
acknowledged we were grumpy, thereby dissolving some of the grumpiness -
isn't it amazing when you face something it dissipates?
It has taken me two days to write this newsletter.
At first I was irritated and more than a little angry at the
interruptions. But this time when I sat down here I sat silently
and simply breathed deeply for several moments. My body relaxed
and I felt much better. The silent moments are a small way for us
to honor ourselves and shift the dynamics of the moment. My
irritation dissolved.
Personally many things are pulling at my attention
on this day. If I allow myself to react in aggravation I will fall
into an abyss of fear and I will feel drained of energy and personal
power. Instead I set the intention to hold firmly to my power, my
energy and my joy to maintain a basis of love status. I'm in control of
how I react to outside stimuli!!
What about you? Is there something nagging at you right now?
Are you feeling a little anxious and stressed? Will you allow
negative energies to control your reaction or will you hold fast to your
personal power and maintain breathing from a source of love?
Place both feet on
the floor, close your eyes and breathe in deeply. Notice what your
body feels like as the air is pulled in through your nose. Focus
on it and allow the physical world issues to melt away. If you
must retreat to the bathroom to get away from coworkers or the tv or
whatever outside noises and influences are pulling you from the silence
of focusing on your breath - do so.
Life is not a dress rehearsal. Change the dynamic
of your day when you feel that angst stirring within you - claim your
"time out" and breathe deeply in silence - claim your balance and your
power! Breathe deeply and renew your physical being and commitment
to living your life from joy and love!
You are a powerful spiritual being of infinite
possibility!

The trailers I have seen of the new movie 2012
lead one to believe that the movie has the potential to instill horrific
terror in people given the current level of fear due to the economy,
wars, etc.
The special effects look amazing, but how many
will walk away from seeing the movie with a heightened sense of fear of
the future? And... how many will walk away from the theater with a
more sound sense of purpose in defining who they are and connecting more
fully with Source? How many will look within to discern their
truth and what resonates within them vs how many will go to bed with a
newer, sharper blade of fear in their hearts?
My spiritual work offers information for each
of you to take in and discern what resonates within you. I
encourage you to do this with everything you come into contact with -
including the movie 2012. Look within to discern what resonates
within and set the rest aside.

I thought you'd never ask. There are
upheavals of energy affecting the planet of Mother Earth and the humans
living there more often than not. There are those who are
spreading fear far and wide as well as those who are sharing love and
dissipating the fear. Each soul has a purpose and many are
stepping to the plate to fulfill their journey based in love - helping
others at every opportunity.
The now of this time on earth is very exciting.
There is nothing to fear - not even fear itself. Kate mentioned
that life is not a dress rehearsal - it is not. Living is a time
of breathing in the air and embracing the excitement of what will happen
next - not dreading tomorrow in fear.
When you shift your worries and stresses from
fear to excitement and joy everything shifts and changes - things change
from a molecular standpoint.
Each one of you is a tremendously powerful
spiritual being. When you wrap your minds around this fact you
will take your power back and live the life of joy and fulfillment that
is yours by divine right!
You have a choice to have a great and wonderful
day today, or to wait till tomorrow to have it - problem is... tomorrow
is always tomorrow... Today, right this minute is yours - is it a
good one or a bad one? Your field of potential is yours today -
you don't have to wait till tomorrow.
Man lives his life with everything having a
beginning and an end. Man's reality is not the reality of the
Universe. The movie 2012 is a creation of man.

specific thoughts about the movie 2012. Now I see that I had
little faith in the personal power of my fellow humans. Will the
