Surprise! A third newsletter from Kate and Big Jim!
Blessings to each of you who have opened the newsletter this day!
I wasn't going to send out a newsletter today, but
felt compelled to when I woke and a guide was whispering in my ear about
2012 and the movie that was released on Friday, November 13. So
here I sit typing away...
I was raised Southern Baptist in a small rural
church. I remember a particularly persuasive revival that I
attended when I was a pre-teen or "tween." A film was shown of
what happens to us when we die and have rejected the Lord as our Savior.
Scared me half to death.
What this movie did was open the door wide for me
to look within myself and discern what is "truth" for me. As a child it
took me years to "figure out" what I believe God, Higher Source, The
Creator to be - and what I believe he/she is not.
I remember hearing my great grandma Hailey talking
about the "End of Days" as written about in the Bible - King James
Version. In the beginning I was always "freaked out" by these
experiences to the point of not being able to sleep - but then I began
to find solace in what I found within - my truth.
No matter what kind of fear the outside world was
trying to influence me with, I still looked within to discern what my
God Part within me was saying. There I found peace and comfort and
the fear dissipated.
Hmmm... that is NOT what I was hearing from the
outside world - no peace, no comfort - what I was getting from the
physical world teachings was magnified fear. There was definitely
something wrong with this picture...
I don't claim to know the ins and outs of "2012"
but I do have peace, joy and excitement in my heart for the future.
In the next few days I'll be sharing my thoughts on the Soul Kisses
website. I'll be adding a menu button titled "2012."
If you feel compelled to see the movie, there is a
reason. Take your angels with you and ask them to help you discern the
perfection in why you are there. And please, let me know what you
think.
In my last newsletter, Big Jim and I spoke of
2012:
The trailers I have seen of the new movie 2012
lead one to believe that the movie has the potential to instill horrific
terror in people given the current level of fear due to the economy,
wars, etc.
The special effects look amazing, but how many
will walk away from seeing the movie with a heightened sense of fear of
the future? And... how many will walk away from the theater with a
more sound sense of purpose in defining who they are and connecting more
fully with Source? How many will look within to discern their
truth and what resonates within them vs how many will go to bed with a
newer, sharper blade of fear in their hearts?
My spiritual work offers information for each
of you to take in and discern what resonates within you. I
encourage you to do this with everything you come into contact with -
including the movie 2012. Look within to discern what resonates
within and set the rest aside.
What do you have to say, Daddy?
I thought you'd never ask. There are
upheavals of energy affecting the planet of Mother Earth and the humans
living there more often than not. There are those who are
spreading fear far and wide as well as those who are sharing love and
dissipating the fear. Each soul has a purpose and many are
stepping to the plate to fulfill their journey based in love - helping
others at every opportunity.
The now of this time on earth is very exciting.
There is nothing to fear - not even fear itself. Kate mentioned
that life is not a dress rehearsal - it is not. Living is a time
of breathing in the air and embracing the excitement of what will happen
next - not dreading tomorrow in fear.
When you shift your worries and stresses from
fear to excitement and joy everything shifts and changes - things change
from a molecular standpoint.
Each one of you is a tremendously powerful
spiritual being. When you wrap your minds around this fact you
will take your power back and live the life of joy and fulfillment that
is yours by divine right!
You have a choice to have a great and wonderful
day today, or to wait till tomorrow to have it - problem is... tomorrow
is always tomorrow... Today, right this minute is yours - is it a
good one or a bad one? Your field of potential is yours today -
you don't have to wait till tomorrow.
Man lives his life with everything having a
beginning and an end. Man's reality is not the reality of the
Universe. The movie 2012 is a creation of man.

Many of you clicked reply and shared with me your
thoughts of the movie that was not released until last Friday, November
13. (I will respond to each of you personally - I'm behind in replying
to emails...) Following are a few:
Your newsletter was awesome! I have not seen the
movie 2012 but I stay away from that kind of drama. I live my life one
moment, one step and one moment at a time. I, too have felt aggravated,
unfocussed and overwhelmed at times. When I feel negative I try to stop
and breathe and remember I don't have to agree with fear.
For years I suffered from paralyzing fear and
anxiety. Until one day I decided not to agree with the fear. I accept
the fear for what it is, a feeling. Then I go deep within my being and
when I am calm and serene I find the true person of my being. Just like
we can imagine the worst we can also imagine the best outcome of every
situation.
Visualizing every situation for the best has
helped me greatly. I also have learned to let go and Let God control the
outcome. That is the difficult part for me. I am still learning but
every moment getting better. May you be blessed in all good things. You
are a blessing to so many people. God bless you.

I feel that this movie and the other related stuff
that will be coming out will be a huge source of fear for humans. I have
been afraid of this thing happening since I was in high school and began
reading Ruth Montgomery's books (45 years ago!) Lately the fear is
subsiding. Thank you for addressing this.

I recently read about your book, perhaps through
Hay House? (I read so much stuff!) But reading about it really touched
me and I have really enjoyed getting your newsletter with the messages
from Big Jim.
I like that you and Big Jim addressed the film 2012 in your newsletter.
Cheryl Richardson also wrote about this film and her concerns about its
effect on people in one of her newsletters. I too feel concerned about
this film engendering fear about the current and upcoming changes for
earth and humanity. It does seem to preclude the belief in the ability
to manifest reality individually and collectively.
I probably will not see it, because I chose to avoid the things that
create fear in myself--and I can feel my blood pressure jump just
watching the trailer! I read an interview with the director recently,
and I also had to challenge myself to release anger towards him for
making films with so much death and destruction just because they, "make
a good story."
Yet, Big Jim certainly has a point that ultimately, everyone has the
free will to take away from that film what they choose. Do we focus on
fear and suffering and destruction? Or can we turn our attention to
understanding our ultimate one-ness, and strive to embody love and
compassion in every way we can? Perhaps plenty of people will also see
it as "just a movie." Who knows!

Will I see the movie? Probably not till it
is out on DVD if then. The movie is out there. I'm counting
on it being a wonderful catalyst for people to look within themselves to
discern their "truth" by connecting with the God Part within.
Big Jim and Archangel Azriel talk about death of a
loved one being a door opener to those who have not connected with their
God Part within to do so. In their words, some do and some do not
get passed the anger stage of grief. For those who have not
connected with the God Part within, this movie has the potential to be a
huge catalyst of enlightenment for Mother Earth.
I must hold it in a state of hope rather than
fear.
