Welcome to this exciting new year of 2010!
For me the year of 2009 held many opportunities
for growth and research of the light within. I experienced more
illness than I ever have from the swine flu to head colds to simple
motion sickness. As I looked within to discern what was going on
inside me to attract such things, doors of understanding opened.
New Years Eve my family and I went to see Avatar
in 3D. The part I saw was amazing - right up till I was cocooned
in motion sickness. All I can say is Thank You, God for a cold
floor at my feet in the movie theater and the waitress angel who brought
me a cold wet rag and cup of ice. Yup, I spent at least ten
minutes lying on the floor rubbing ice on my wrists to cool myself off
and hold down the salad I just ate. Fortunately my family allowed
me to lie there working through it instead of trying to walk me out of
there. If you've ever experienced such a thing, you know there is no
walking...
Then the nausea came back on New Year's day for no
good reason. Then it came back on the second day of the new year -
again for no good reason. This time Fred suggested I take one of
the nausea pills the emergency room doctor gave me when I had the swine
flu. So I did. Now I know never to take one of those unless
I have at least twelve hours to sleep uninterrupted - the pill
completely knocked me out - I'm such a light weight.
I had HUGE plans for the past three days to
address my work. So on top of not feeling well I was angry that I
felt too poorly to accomplish or at least work on my exciting projects.
However, somewhere in the middle of all this I looked within at what is
going on inside to attract such things - and I found answers.
Here I was rolling along thinking I was doing a
great job of embracing my personal power and getting on with my
spiritual path - ready for this exciting new year. I couldn't have
been more incorrect...
As a mother I want to help my daughter with
whatever - well.. actually everything. What I saw was that through
my need to "help" her I've been not only blocking her, but blocking
myself.
As a partner to my husband, I want to help him
with whatever - yes, looking closer - everything. Here I also see
that my needing to "help" him blocks him and blocks me.
I thought I had removed both of them from my nest
and was moving full steam ahead on my personal path - WRONG! I was
"taking it back and playing with it" - "sticking my finger in their pie"
- yes, I would even go so far as to say I was "stirring the pot" - with
the best of intentions of course!
Oh my... So with the help of my entourage, I
used the Healing Circle of Love as given by Princess Diana and Mother
Teresa to bless my family on their life path and bless and release other
life situations and events that are weighing on me.
I claimed my personal power with a vengeance!
And... it feels really fantastic! Not only that, creative ideas
are whizzing in and jumpstarting my body into a flurry of warm fuzzies!
I claim the theme of this year for me to be:
Living in a State of Gratitude Embracing my Personal Power, Creatively
Inspired and Clearly Divinely Guided.
Finally I feel as though I am stepping into the
shoes of the infinite spiritual being that is me. I'm reminded
that I am as an onion and as I evolve and move forward other layers will
be revealed to me that I must address, work through and clear away.
I stand fearless, ready for action.
I've turned a corner in knowing from deep within
that I will succeed in bringing to fruition my dreams and desires.
Where has this "knowing" come from?
The Light.
Connecting with the Light of the God Part within
me. How? By first attracting illness to my body to move me
fully into looking within. I don't recommend trying this at home -
look within withOUT attracting an illness to remind you to look within.
I'm shown that I must be "me" - not what others
wish me to be. I must embrace that which is for my highest good
and it will ultimately be for the highest good of others. I must
take care of me before I can take care of anyone else. It always
amazes me when I think that is exactly what I'm doing, then I see the
reality of my Mother Hen-ness - give, give, give till there is nothing
left and I a drained and grumpy. The clincher is that those we are
giving to really don't need all the giving - they need to fly on their
own, solo, experiencing their life path as we experience ours.
I implore each of you reading this to take a few
minutes and look within to the essence of who you truly are and breathe
deeply. Allow the love of YOU to come forth, embrace the Light of
the God Part within you and BREATHE! What do you experience?
Do you recognize the essence of you? YOU are a valuable, loving,
powerful individual - embrace yourself! YOU have an infinite field
of possibilities - pull your dreams and desires into your reality this
year - begin now!
May you
embrace the essence of who you are through the
God Part within you and be profoundly blessed
with infinite prosperity fulfilling your
potential and living your dreams...

I
always knew if you had enough rope you would
figure it out...
Kate
talks about looking within and embracing your
personal power. When my spirit crossed
over to the angelic realm and I saw the personal
power that each human spirit truly has, I was
speechless. I could see how much power I
had within me to co-create my reality.
What was shocking is how many times I blew it
off - from my perspective.
Each of
you reading this has been guided to be here at
this moment to get this information. I
want you to know you have tremendous power to
create in your life exactly what you truly
desire. Do you know what your heartfelt
desires are?
You are
creating all the time, wouldn't you rather be
creating what you truly desire instead of just
rolling along without direction?
You've
stepped into a new year - one with limitless
possibilities. What do you truly wish to
experience this year? You and I are one together
- One with God. The desires of peace, joy
and love within you are possible. Look
within - the answers are there...
