Hello and welcome to this wonderful day of possibilities!
This moment holds remarkable perfection and
miraculous opportunity. Do you agree? Roughly two weeks ago
I discerned I was depressed. The instant I released my denial I felt
better.
The first thing I felt, after the relief that I
wasn't losing my mind, was anger. Just how could I let this happen?
Depression! Me?
O-o-o-oh.... anger is a form of fear...
I pondered and reflected on not only the past few
weeks, but the past few years and saw where all that I had drawn to me
had led to this one moment of realization of depression. When I
manifest, I'm darn good at it!
I've written about how my dad, Big Jim, lived most
of his life depressed. My daughter suffered with it as a teenager,
then my husband suffered with it and I was realizing that I too, had
succumbed to depression.
"Okay..." I thought, "so this is what it feels
like." My human brain went further to, "I don't have time for
this." Yet, here I was - depressed, and who does depression hurt?
Everyone. I looked into little Majik's face and felt the love in his big
brown eyes and knew that this experience too, held perfection.
I looked within and used my tools to help me
dissipate the profound sadness that enveloped me. I used the
Healing Circle of Love and I
Claimed My Power and I felt great! While I was doing the
meditations and for about an hour or so after I felt fabulous! Then my
human-ness would kick in and I would give my power back to feelings of
being overwhelmed and powerless and depressed.
Laughter eluded me and I went through the motions
of living the rest of the day.
Then I looked further within and began to identify
my core issues of fear. At one point I was standing on the beach talking
with Jesus, who was standing on the water about twenty feet from shore.
He told me to swim out there where he was. I began to walk into
the water to swim, but found myself walking ON the water - this told me
I was much stronger than I thought I was.
When I reached him, there was one chair there to
sit in. I asked him where my chair was. He sat down and told
me to sit with him - we blended together as ONE. This reminded me
we are all ONE with God.
Then huge waves began to roll toward us and wash
over us. At first it was startling, but I realized I was unharmed AND
able to breath through the water, as I sat there One with Jesus. This
showed me that I AM One with God and just because a situation looks
horrifying, doesn't mean that it must be - perfection in all
situations...
Together, Jesus and I searched out my fears, faced
them head on and dissolved them - like a vampire in sunlight. I
use this analogy because the fear/depression was like a vampire, sucking
the life force energy and joy from me.
When I look back at the fear I've released
throughout the years, it is astonishing that there is still fear to
release! Yet I know there is still more to uncover and dissipate when I
am at a level to see it, understand it, face it and release it.
As we evolve and grow, we experience and dissipate
fear then reach a level of comfort and joy. Then the cycle begins again.
The exciting thing is that we become wiser with identifying and dealing
with it. Physical world tools and teachers come to us to help us more
fully live from a source of love in grace, peace and joy.
I opened my heart to receive guidance to dissipate
my fear based depression and I received it in wonderful, exciting ways.
Now when I
Claim My Power I'm holding on to it. I'm magnificent, strong and
invincible. I know, sounds like an action hero. I can't leap a
tall building with a single bound, but I am seeing the perfection in
life situations and am embracing the opportunities that evolve. I
am dissipating my fear filled past and elevating my vibration to that
which I desire.
Today I can honestly say, "I LOVE MY LIFE!"
Whether I do it easily and effortlessly or struggling is my choice.

be, have and do anything your heart desires. Sit
quietly and breathe deeply, slowly inhale the
abundant air of your planet. Know that living
the life you truly desire without fear is this
easy - easy as breathing.
The
physical conditioning of the society of your
planet is losing its grip on the collective
consciousness. You are shifting to a vibration
of love. Breathe deeply and feel this love
envelope you, as soft and gentle as angel wings.
You are
One with God, dear children, One with The
Creator of All That Is.
We are
with you in all moments to aid you in feeling
the love from within you. Ask for our help and
it is yours...
