Fairy Family?
My personal photography assistant, Majik Poodle, and I are still on an
evening adventure of Spirit Photography. In the beginning we were on a
mission to photograph orbs. Then we asked the fairies to join us and to
show themselves to us in the photographs.
All these photographs were taken in my backyard in Colorado.
The photos have been cropped from the originals and are all at 100% unless
otherwise specified. I used PaintShop Pro 9's Enhance Photo feature to
pull the image from the darkness and are noted.
The first group of photographs with
fairy lights (?) was
April 30 and I wasn't sure... Jesse was convinced the light images in the
photographs were fairies because they were
too big for bugs. I could not see these "flying beings" with my
eyes and it wasn't completely dark. As big as they are, I should have been
able to see them

| Then on May 31, Jesse, Majik and I were
sitting on the swing snapping pictures of orbs. The wind was
blowing and this was in one of the photographs about 6 feet from where
we were sitting. |

| Then on June 21, I snapped this over the
fence in the neighbor's yard. It appears the "light" is casting a
shadow on the corner of the neighbor's house. I was about five
feet from the fence. |

This was taken June 20, 2008 from the dining room
door. The image was
above the patio roof at least 20 feet away:

This was taken June 23, 2008 from the
deck. The image was about 15 feet away near the ground.

| The photograph below was taken on June 2,
2008 - the lights are INSECTS. I knew I was photography
flying insects - I photographed them on purpose to compare them to the
other photographs. I could see these bugs clearly and they were
photographed within three feet of my camera. Note that they are
similar to the images taken April 30. It was darker on June 2 and
I could clearly see these tiny bugs. |
