asked if anyone were feeling heavy or out of sorts? If so, ask the Joy Guides
to accompany you during the day. We all like to feel "joy" - ecstatic or
exultant happiness! Let's vow to remember to ask the Joy Guides to join our
day. If we forget and the day "gets awry," take a deep breath and ask
immediately - it's never too late to change the day - and our attitude with a
huge dose of JOY!
