Message
from Kate & Big Jim
It has been a very busy time here at my home. I've chosen
to be out of my office more than in. My daughter has a mobile
photography studio and I've been helping her when she has scheduled
photo shoots with Santa Claus. A week ago Jesse joined him at a
private school to photograph him listening to the wish list of several
children with autism. This visit alleviated the challenges of
taking the children to the mall to see Santa. Afterward we had
dinner with Santa to discuss his plans for expanding the event next
year. Blessings come about in the most miraculous ways...
Since I've been out more than in, my husband,
Fred, has taken on the task of Christmas decorating. Before the
Bronco game today he decided we needed to move the furniture around in
the family room - including the piano...
My first thought was... oy vey... However,
in moving things around I discovered a box of photographs that went back
to pre-motherhood. In the box I found another letter from my dad
who died in 2005. The letter was dated February 1, 1986. I
was living in Missouri - 300 miles from where he lived.
Evidently I had teased him about writing to me -
telling him he could even use toilet paper if he would just write.
The letter was written on a very long piece of paper about four inches
wide and two feet long - he said it was the next best thing to toilet
paper.
The letter began with him telling me he cares
about me and thinks of me often, but he usually thinks of things to tell
me when it isn't handy to write.
I've been a little busy with the rush of this and
that and haven't been connecting much with my angelic entourage - that
means not paying attention to those speaking to me through the veil.
Clearly Freddy was listening because we had to move the box of photos, I
went through them and I found The Letter.
I've read The Letter four times, each time folding
it carefully and placing it back into the envelope and I've been through
a box of tissues. My eyes are swollen and I can't breathe through
my nose. I've faced the grief.
Now I'm marveling at his ability to continue to
"get my attention" and let me know he's still here. Daddy, do you
have a message to share?

Merry Christmas!
This is a sad time of year for a lot of folks -
it was for me more years than not for many reasons while I was living on
planet earth. I can see now that if I had looked within myself I
could have opened the door to seeing how to change the sadness to joy.
Christmas time brings on a feeling of need to
reflect on the past. It is a time to dissipate guilt and regret.
It is also a time to forgive - to forgive others, but most of all to
forgive yourself for decisions that have brought you pain.
Foremost it is a time to love and to experience
joy. Many are drowning in fear and feelings of chaos and unrest.
Looking within and connecting with The Big Man (The Creator of All That
Is) will open that door and light the way.
Each individual has their own path to walk.
Connecting with the God Part within will make that pathway easier.
Holding on to gratitude with both hands helps to seal the connection.
Take the time to breathe deeply and live your
life to its fullest. Embrace your full potential - you're a master -
each one of you reading this - joy is yours - claim it!

When we experience pain from a situation or life
event, the physical world teaches us to look at it through the eyes of
pain and pain only. Fear us the source of pain.
In my case, when I discovered the letter from my
dad, I experienced the pain of grief from his death with a stab of fear
of being without him. When I looked within I was able to transmute
my pain to that of joy at his creative way of connecting with me.
The pain dissipated and the love settled in to take its place - now I
can breathe through my nose again and I feel so very much lighter!
As Daddy
said, many are experiencing fear and chaos as a
daily staple. Now is the perfect time to
look within and feel the true meaning of
Christmas. Use the energy of your life
experiences to remove the blinders of physical
world teachings and the semi-conscious state of
fear and see clearly your infinite field of
potential and possibility!
Embrace
the energy of The Creator and take the time to
get to know who you are - pull forth the power
of the limitless spiritual being that you are.
Take back your soul fragments, forgive yourself
and others and claim your personal power and all
that is yours. Fulfill your potential with
a life lived!
Know that
in the energy of gratitude and love you cannot
fail...
May each
of you be profoundly blessed with a safe, joy
filled holiday season!
