Healing and Reconnecting with Your Authentic Self Part II
I send blessings of
love to all who are reading this today... In
the past two weeks the sun has been experiencing
intense solar flares, which in turn affect Mother
Earth and her inhabitants - yes, that would be us.
If you've been feeling exhausted, nauseous, headachy
and body aches for no apparent reason, this is why.
Our bodies are working to align with these new
energies.
As we have discussed
in prior newsletters this year, our fears are also
coming forward with greater force. For many of us,
our first instinct is to react. Steven Slater
is a perfect example of this. He has become an icon
of rethinking our first reaction to move forward in
a way that promotes our highest good. However,
I also acknowledge that his behavior may have been
in his highest good - there is perfection in all
situations.
When innermost fears
surface, step back as an observer and allow yourself
to process the release of these fears.
Mercury goes
into retrograde August 20 and lasts through
September 12. During this time be
mindful of clear, precise communication and be
patient with technology. This is also an
opportunity to complete unfinished projects - such
as healing...
Be mindful of the
fluctuating energies affecting the body, mind and
spirit. Use the momentum of this time to
actively participate in interior renovation by
connecting more fully with your Authentic Self.
Mercury in retrograde
provides an open window to part the veil of
confusion to the direction of your life path.
Many of your fears are staring you down - eyeball to
eyeball, so to speak. Don't bury them again,
they will come back stronger than every before!
As you and your entourage of angels, guides and
teachers work through your long buried fears, they
will dissipate and your veil of confusion will lift.
Open your heart to gain clarity and powerfully set
the intention to be willing to resolve and release
all fears that reveal themselves and open your heart
to healing from deep within.
The more healing we
experience, the easier it is to create the life of
our dreams.
Now is a time for
transformation from our cellular level up. As we
experience our linear concept of time, I encourage
you to embrace the seeming speed bumps of this phase
of accelerated expansion and move into the new
paradigm of living as Fearless Master Creators!

Hello Kate,
I stumbled upon your book on the internet (you know
how that happens). A little background: I am an
intuitive, practice intuitive writing, write
metaphysical blogs, and am a Reiki healer.
In December a beloved friend of mine passed away in
my arms and I helped her cross over. I have
not been the same since that happened. In spite of
what I know intellectually and intuitively,
my mind has a tough time accepting the countless
communications I have with her and dealing with her
physical loss. My biggest issue is my lack of
ability to feel her as I did when she was in
physical form.
I saw your book and
loved that you said you can FEEL them! (Sign #1)
I was thrilled to get your book. When I began
reading I was surprised that (yet not really) you
mentioned Trudy Griswold. II had just had a
reading with her a few weeks before. (Sign #2).
I laughed when I discovered that your father is
represented with a Harley. My friend's nickname was
Harley (real name Whitney) (Sign #3). I told her if
I start seeing red Harleys I would know it was her!
While I read your book on the train, I began to
think deeply of my friend. I shed some tears
and continued to take in all that you said. I
already know these things and would tell someone
else, but I cannot seem to do it myself.
When
I got off the train I decided to stop by the diner
for some food. As I got out of the car, I was
talking to Whitney in my head. It was then
that I noticed, parked right out in front of the
diner, was this red Harley - Wow! (Sign #4)
When I got into my car I said," Well Whitney maybe
you are working with Big Jim?" I then turned up the
radio and Whitney's number one sign to let me know
she is still with me, Modern Love by David Bowie was
playing. (Sign #5)
I thought you might enjoy the
story and picture. Thanks for writing the book and a
big thanks to Big Jim for helping Whitney show me
signs :)

Healing from the pain
of the physical loss of someone we love takes time.
Life can never go back to what it was and we are
changed forever. Those of us who are left here
on Mother Earth must somehow move forward.
There are many who are
transitioning at this time, often opting to return
to the angelic realms in order to help us on a much
broader scale - like my dad, Big Jim.
Last weekend was my
mom and Big Jim's anniversary. I shared
Carla's story with her. Even though it was
someone else experiencing a connection with him, my
mom received comfort from knowing that he's
"alive and kicking" as Big Jim would say...

Yesterday a friend I
haven't heard from since January called me because
Big Jim kept prompting her to call me.

Today while I was
chatting with my mom on the phone (instead of
working...) I received this email:

an email from you to order

and I did. It was the best book I have
ever read. I have been on a spiritual
journey and I have to tell you of all
the books I have read, yours is the one
book that touched my soul. I am learning
how to communicate with the angels and
developing my abilities. Your book gave
so many tips on communication, as soon
as I open a higher channel to the angels
I will work on opening a channel to
connect with my mom who has gone home to
the other side last year. I would love
to see a part two book with Big Jim. I
love your stories.

conveyed to my mom while she and I were on the phone
together - you can't ask for better orchestration
than that!

You didn't know I was so talented, did you? I know
that in the vastness of the universe the human mind
finds it challenging to take in that we here on the
spiritual side of things "know" one another.
Well, we do... and together we do what we can
to comfort you humans in your time of grief and
sadness.
Yes, I'm "alive and
kicking!" I knew you'd see the humor in that!
Breathe deeply,
those of the earthly plane plain. In the
stillness you will feel the waves of love - the love
holds the answers to your prayers...
