Daily in Gratitude - Part I

Those of the
United States are celebrating F*r*eedom and
Independence in gratitude this month of
July. When we look within to this energy, we
find that "Gratitude" is the independence of
our F*r*ee Will to choose to move into the
one-ness of All That Is - to bridge the gap
between our physical world "separateness"
from the angelic realm.

Gratitude is of love

Breathing
daily in gratitude is POWERFUL! Gratitude moves us to a
state of joy and lifts our vibration to more closely match that of the angelic
realm. When we ascend to the gratitude vibration we shift to a state of
joy moving the energy. It is with this movement of energy that we open the door
for the universe to fulfill our dreams by matching to us that which we desire -
that which is in our
Field of Potential.
At times it is a
challenge to "be in gratitude." We daily
experience not only the turmoil of the physical
world, but the continual fluctuation of energies
bombarding the earth. In the newsletters of
June 8 and
June 22 we discussed how Mother Earth is
diligently aligning herself to these energies as are
we. Our physical bodies are aligning to the energies
around us and we, as Mother Earth, are experiencing
earthquakes, floods, excessive wind as well as
magnetic heave and ho within us.
We have the power to
disperse this energy into a gentle flow of ease and
grace instead of being pushed kicking and screaming
in fear through this time of transformation.
How, one might ask?
We transmute the fear to love using the tools below:
1. Sincerely blessing
whatever is going on in our lives that does not
bring us joy.
2. Acknowledging the "perfection" of that which does
not bring us joy whether we "see" it our not.
3. Holding that which does not bring us joy in the
Light of Love - Sending it LOVE
4. Showering that which does not bring us joy with
gratitude for the opportunity to learn how to shift
our energy to that which DOES bring us joy.
5. Fearlessly, from a place of power, give all that
does not bring you joy to your higher power and do
NOT take it back and play with it! Example:
Angels, I give to you fill in
the blank .
All these tools will
transform that which does not bring us joy into
something that DOES bring us joy and therein lies
the change we all desire. In each tool
we shift from a place of "fear" to a place of
"Gratitude and LOVE."
We - each one of us -
are the keeper of the change that we so desire
deep within our hearts. Now is the time.
The veil of manifestation is thinning ever so
slightly, moment by moment, yet it IS thinning:
moment by moment. The energy that
we put out is coming back to us in record time!
Love and Gratitude are
all powerful - WE are all powerful - WE have
dominion!
If you wake up feeling
grumpy/angry/depressed - ask yourself, is this My
grumpiness? My anger? My depression? If there
is something going on in your life that initiates
these feelings, then use one or more of the above
tools to transmute the negative-ness to love -
making you a magnet to attract to you more to be
grateful.
If the grumpiness is
NOT yours, then it comes from energies outside
yourself - you have dominion - command it to go to
the light!
Each one of us is
experiencing these things - no one is immune. As you
learn to quickly identify these outside influences
and use your tools to transmute them to love you
will flow in ease and grace through this
transformation period. Others will want to
know what you are doing - share with them!
I'm guided to add -
cut others some slack... As we are dealing
with our bodies aligning with this new energy, so
are others. Share the tools you have - life is
easier if we band together from a source of love as
we all adjust.

from Archangel Metatron
Dear
Children of Planet Earth...
Do not fear, dear
ones! All that you desire is before you -
maintain the gratitude - expand the love of your
heart out to touch the world around you. It is
safe to be joyful. It is safe to laugh.
Be one with the
air. One with the sunshine. One with the night. One
with the rain. One with the blade of grass.
One with the soil beneath your feet. Breathe Deeply
As One...
We are one
together, you in human spirit form, we in spirit -
always together - not separate as the physical world
teaches you. Many of your guides and teachers have
walked the soils of Mother Earth as you do and
understand fully the pitfalls of the planet.
Your angels are the
love of God in messenger form to help you in all
that you do. They are ready to visit with you and
aid you as you traverse the changes of your
dimension. Transformation need not be difficult for
you. We are here to help you, to help you hold
the light to dispel the darkness.
Many of you feel
trapped in this darkness - alone, abandoned and
unloved. These feelings are energies not of
the light. Cast them aside and open your heart to
the love that you are. Breathe deeply the loving
light of The Creator of All That Is. Breathe
deeply and know us as One... Together... Forever...

exercise was included in the
Daily Soul Kiss:
"Sit quietly, close
your eyes and ask your angel's name."
Then I asked that the
name of the angel be emailed to me. Following
are a few of the names sent to me:

If you are not already
chatting with your angels and wish to, please open a
word document on your computer in which to type or
grab a pen and paper to hand write to them. Surround
yourself with Divine White Light and ask your angels
to join you for a conversation. Then write or
type:
Dear fill in your name , We love
you and...
then write whatever pops into your head, heart or
hearing.
Allow the knowing
within your heart to write out what comes to you.
Don't question, simply allow it to be automatic
dictation from the angels. When you are
finished read through what you have written - does
it resonate?
Many times you will
find that they use words differently than you do -
sometimes not.
I suggest beginning a
journal of Angel Writings. It is a lot of fun
to go back and read what the angels have told you
months ago.
