Daily in Gratitude - Part II

In profound
gratitude I write the messages of this
day...
As humans we
judge everything by duality -
good/bad, right/wrong, positive/negative -
with little to no gray area. Our
judgment defines our perception of a
situation or event.

Knowing that our
perspective is a choice puts a new light on life
experiences. In this current time of existence
on Mother Earth, the energies that affect Mother
Earth are also affecting us and our life situations
and events. Our first instinct or more
accurately, our first perception is fear.
Fear is the pain of a
future event - the expectation of something we have
not yet experienced.
Hmmm... future
event...
When we get our minds
around the fact that we have a choice as to how we
perceive events in our life, we learn that no matter
what the situation, we can choose to be grateful or
we can choose to be "in fear." Granted from a
physical world standpoint, it is difficult to be
grateful for situations we judge to be bad or wrong.
Yet when we open our
heart in gratitude for the opportunity to experience
something our logical mind perceives or judges to be
negative, something tangible shifts within us -
energy. When we shift within - it is without.
As a ripple affect, gratitude mirrors into our
reality and the blessings of seeming negative
situations miraculously appear.
In The Game of Life
by Florence Scovel Shinn, Florence uses the example
of a man whose mantra was, "Why worry? It will never
happen." The man neutralized the illusion of
physical world fear with his words and belief.
When we shift our
energy to that of gratitude, fear dissolves to its
native nothingness and we are fr*e*e to live our
life in joy.
What are you grateful
for? The warmth of the sun? Family? Friends?
Work? Pets? The smell of rain? The freshness of a
new day? The fact that the world is at your feet?
You are the creator of your reality - what will you
create? Something wonderful in gratitude or
awful in fear?
Is there a nudge
within you to step into
the light of something different? Do you feel
a pull from deep within you? A guidance?
A void that longs to be fulfilled?
There is power in
Gratitude. Let The Power of Breathing Daily in
Gratitude illuminate the light within you and guide
you to a life of joy!

Hello,
hello Earthlings...
My, my, but you
have all been busy! It has been a great time
of excitement here on this side of things to witness
all that has come to pass since my arrival.
Many are stepping to the plate to help others to
experience the transformation of the planet that is
under way.
I realize that as a
"human" excitement may not be your choice of
expression, but from here on the sidelines
Excitement is what the angelic realm is
experiencing!
I can see the light
of each of you as you grow and evolve beginning to
glow more brightly.
Take some advice
from someone who now sees both sides of
everything... Don't be so hard on yourselves.
Human existence can be tough, but judging yourselves
so harshly makes it much more difficult than it
needs to be. When you can, sit quietly and
allow yourselves to "tune in" to all the love that
is around you. I sincerely wish that I would
have allowed myself to do that while I lived there.
My life would have been so much easier if I would
have allowed the power of the love to guide me.
Ask for guidance of
your angelic council, they are with you all the
time.
